Nancy Coffey

Nancy Coffey has been an active Eau Claire County District 10 resident with her husband, Matt, for 40 years. They’ve raised three children in Eau Claire. Nancy currently volunteers for JONAH Environmental Task Force, Feed My People Food Bank, and Market Match at the Downtown Farmers Market. Nancy graduated from UW Stout. She started her career as a public school teacher in Freedom, Wis. and Rockford, Ill. She retired after working over 25 years for UW-Madison Extension Eau Claire County’s FoodWIse Program. She also was the Regional SNAP Education supervisor for a time, helping county coordinators to develop programs, budgets and measurable program outcomes.

Nancy has been elected Eau Claire County Board Supervisor for eight years and chairperson of the board for the past four years. Nancy has served on the following committees: Administration, Planning and Development, Ground Water Advisory and Western Dairyland.
