Grace Howe is the Executive Director of the Wisconsin Agri-Business Association (WABA), the state’s leading organization representing the agronomy, feed, seed, grain, fertilizer, and ethanol industries. In this role, she supports member companies through political advocacy, industry engagement, and educational training opportunities that strengthen Wisconsin’s agricultural economy.

A native of rural northeast Iowa, Grace has deep roots in agriculture, particularly within the dairy industry. Her active involvement in FFA, 4-H, and state dairy breed associations fueled her passion for agriculture from an early age. In 2018–2019, she served as the Iowa Dairy Princess Alternate, an experience that solidified her commitment to agricultural advocacy. Grace earned a Bachelor of Science in agriculture and rural policy as well as journalism and mass communications from Iowa State University.

Now residing in Lodi, Wisconsin, Grace remains actively involved in the dairy industry by owning show cattle, relief milking for a neighbor, serving on the Columbia County Dairy Promotion Board, and continuing to be a strong advocate for the industry that has shaped who she is today.
